Contract Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple retrofit and energy efficiency contracts across the full project lifecycle.

You’ll lead from tender and mobilisation through to delivery and completion
, managing commercial performance, client relationships, teams and contract compliance.

• Manage multiple retrofit contracts from tender to completion
• Lead bids, tenders and PQQ submissions
• Own KPIs, budgets, profitability and contract performance
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Lead mobilisation and oversee operational delivery
• Manage and develop Project Coordinators
• Drive programme, quality, compliance and H&S
• Identify risks and deliver continuous improvement

• Proven Contracts Management experience in retrofit, construction or energy
• Strong track record in bids and tenders
• Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Proven team leadership and client management skills
  
  Confident analysing performance and driving results
• PAS 2030/2035, ECO4, GBIS, Trust Mark or MCS
• Social housing / retrofit framework experience
• Full UK driving licence
