Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

A leading independent construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Cardiff team. Our client is a well-established consultancy specialising in Project Management services across the built environment. Known for delivering high-quality outcomes and building long-term client relationships, they combine technical expertise with a proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery. Working across a variety of sectors, they provide strategic project advice from inception through to completion, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives, programme requirements, and budget expectations.

As Project Manager, you will support and lead the delivery of projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Managing projects from feasibility through to completion
• Developing and maintaining project programmes
• Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
• Managing project risks and mitigation strategies
• Monitoring budgets and reporting on project performance
• Supporting procurement and contract administration activities
• Chairing project meetings and preparing reports for clients
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

• 2–5 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction or property sector
• Consultancy experience desirable but not essential
• Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Working towards or interested in pursuing professional accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB or similar)
