Connells Survey & Valuation is recruiting an Area Director for Yorkshire & Humberside. You will lead recruitment, build high-performing teams, and deliver results through strong leadership while representing the company to clients and surveyors.
The role requires excellent organisation, clear vision, and the ability to manage performance across the region. Previous success in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and RICS Level 2 & 3 Surveys, is essential.
