Project Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Contracts Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of a variety of projects, working in a live operational environment. You will lead from concept through to procurement, construction and handover, working under NEC contract terms.

The projects are property focused, consisting of industrial units, logistics sites, open storage developments and tenant schemes. Someone with experience in the Ports, Aviation, Rail or Strategic Logistics sectors would be well suited to this role.

You'll manage procurement and contractor performance, keep budgets, programmes and risk firmly under control, and chair project governance to keep senior stakeholders informed every step of the way.

This is a hybrid role with an anticipated three / two split (office / remote)

What you'll bring:
Proven track record delivering property projects end-to-end

Experience with industrial, logistics or other operationally-focused buildings
Strong commercial and contractual know-how, including solid experience with NEC contracts
Confidence managing multiple projects across different sites
A knack for leading governance forums and senior stakeholder conversations
RICS, APM, ICE or similar membership is a bonus

This is a contract position with an indicative outside IR35 determination. The rate is around £475 per day. The initial contract duration is 6 months, with likely extension thereafter.
