Senior Project Manager - National Firm

A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Project Manager within their expanding Cardiff office.

Join a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a strong UK presence, operating from 10 offices across UK. With a team of approximately 1,400 professionals-including 200 dedicated Project Managers-the firm delivers expert consultancy services across a wide range of sectors. Having grown organically, it now reports an annual turnover of £150 million and has ambitious plans to triple this by 2035.

• Office based in the City Centre.
• Part of a regional Project Management team of 13 people.
• Mainly managing public sector projects.
• Working with 'Grade-A' clients.
• Contract work typically ranges between £5m to £20m.
• Social and people focused organisation.
• Recruitment due to team growth - not a replacement.

• The team generally work in the office 2-days a week and the rest on-site and WFH.
• Working within one of the largest Project Management teams in the region (many have worked for the business for 10+ years), therefore you will be fully supported by a great network of people. The team are well respected in the industry, so you have a chance to work with some of the best people in the field.
• Partnering with clients who have secured project funding, ensuring a stable pipeline of work.
• Sectors include Emergency Services, Education, Healthcare, Aviation, and many more.
• Interesting spread of projects and will not be pigeon-holed in one area, however the business is also happy to support someone who wants specilaise or create their own niche in a particular sector. So, this role would be great for someone who hasn't had the chance to really make a role their own, this is your chance.
