OVERVIEW Cardiff University is seeking a Head of International Partnerships to support the next phase of its global expansion following the launch of the university strategy and expanded Global Strategy. This senior role will provide strategic leadership for the development and growth of the university’s international partnership portfolio. The position focuses on strengthening global partnerships, building high-value relationships, and supporting the future direction of Cardiff University’s international presence.

The successful candidate will contribute to partnership development across multiple regions and lead strategic international initiatives.

• Lead the development and implementation of Cardiff University’s global partnerships strategy
• Provide strategic leadership for the growth and development of the international partnership portfolio
• Coordinate university-wide international initiatives
• Develop high-value strategic relationships with partners around the world
• Identify new opportunities for international collaboration
• Lead negotiation and development of significant international partnership agreements
• Oversee partnership representatives in Malaysia, China and India
• Support the university’s global expansion objectives

• Experience as an international partnerships professional
• Ability to provide strategic leadership in partnership development
• Experience leading negotiation and development of partnership agreements
• Ability to coordinate university-wide initiatives
