About the roleThis role offers the opportunity to think beyond today's programmes and help shape tomorrow's solutions.
You'll be responsible for continually horizon scanning for new technologies, funding opportunities, delivery models and innovative ways of working that can enhance the quality, efficiency and sustainability of improvements to customers' homes.
You’ll have the opportunity to drive forward thinking approaches that deliver exceptional customer outcomes, support decarbonisation ambitions and ensure Codi remains at the forefront of asset investment and service delivery.
This is an exciting role for experienced leaders from a wide range of sectors to bring fresh thinking, innovation and transformational leadership to Codi.
Skills and Experience NeededWe're looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader who can deliver complex programmes at scale while inspiring high performing teams. You'll hold a degree level qualification, or equivalent professional qualification, and can think strategically, make sound commercial decisions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
You will bring extensive experience of building, leading and developing strong multi-disciplinary teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
We are looking for an experienced transformational leader with a proven ability to deliver large-scale change programmes. Experience in asset investment, refurbishment, retrofit, or capital programmes would be beneficial; however, we actively encourage applications from candidates across a variety of sectors. What matters most is your ability to lead significant investment and transformation initiatives, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver lasting improvements that create value for customers and organisations alike.

- £78,912 per annum
- 26 days holiday, pro rata entitlement plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
