We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and professional Bodyshop Manager to oversee a large automotive accident repair centre in Cardiff. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated Bodyshop Manager seeking to lead and develop a successful bodyshop operation.
Benefits:- Competitive starting salary up to £60,000 per annum, based on management experience
- Performance-related bonus scheme with an OTE of £86,400

- 50 hours per week, including paid breaks, working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm
- Overall management of the bodyshop, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability
- Lead and develop a large team, including productive staff and front-of-house/customer service personnel
- Implement and maintain strict processes for team management, workflow, and customer service standards
- Monitor and improve profit margins through effective resource planning and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business and performance targets
- Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of repair quality and service
- Manage training and development programmes for staff to support continuous improvement
- Proven recent or current experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Methodical and detail-oriented approach to work
- UK driving licence with minimal points
- Management experience is preferred but professionals looking to progress will also be considered
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to implement efficient processes and develop operational strategies
