Production Manager

• Deputising for the Branch manager, engaging with stakeholders throughout the organisation

• You shall possess proven leadership experience with a strong track record of motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• You shall possess proven experience in leading teams and delivering strong operational results in a fast-paced environment
• You demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to influence and collaborate effectively with others
• A proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing positive change
• You demonstrate sound decision‑making skills and take ownership of delivering high‑quality outcomes
• Possession of aIOSH or NEBOSH qualification
