** Ensure all coatings meet manufacturer specifications and quality requirements.
** Skills & Experience Required
** Previous Shot blaster, or similar role (plant or heavy equipment experience preferred). experience as a Paint Sprayer, Ability to work with 2-pack paints, primers, and industrial coatings. Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques and paint processes. Ability to read job cards, follow specifications, and work to detailed requirements.
** Education and Experience
