• Preparing metal components for coating
• Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
• Applying high-quality finishes to company standards
• Inspecting completed products for quality assurance
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Previous powder coating experience (essential)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health & safety in a manufacturing setting
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• Ongoing, long-term work
• Consistent 4-day working week
• Weekly pay
