Days During the first week of the days rotation, you will work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00am to 6:00pm. During the second week, you will work Wednesday and Thursday only , again from 6:00am to 6:00pm, with the remaining five days off. Nights During the first week of the nights rotation, you will work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00pm to 6:00am.

During the second week, you will work Wednesday and Thursday only , from 6:00pm to 6:00am, with the remaining five days off. The rotation then returns to days, providing regular blocks of time off throughout the year.

The Role As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant, production equipment, services and site assets to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance across site equipment Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Minimise downtime through effective fault finding and problem solving Maintain engineering systems and CMMS records Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety and environmental standards Support production teams to maximise operational performance Participate in shift handovers and engineering meetings Maintain GMP and quality standards across the site Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal departments when required

The Person We're Looking for Someone With:
Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role Strong electrical fault-finding skills FMCG, food manufacturing or wider manufacturing experience A proactive and solutions-focused approach Good communication and teamwork skills The ability to work independently and take ownership of issues Experience using CMMS systems (desirable) A practical approach to balancing reactive and planned maintenance Essential Qualification You Must Have One Of The Following:
Recognised Level 3 Engineering Qualification GNVQ or equivalent engineering qualification Electrical qualification Relevant engineering degree Candidates with overseas equivalent qualifications are welcome to apply, but qualification certificates must be provided for review. Benefits Include:
