MDS is recruiting graduates for Autumn 2026 into a two-year graduate scheme spanning the food, fresh produce, agriculture and horticulture sectors. You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, a full salary and hands-on secondments across leading UK businesses from day one.
During the program you will complete up to four secondments (6–12 months each), relocate as needed, gain leadership qualifications (CMI Level
5) and aim for a job offer upon completing the programme.
