Brains is recruiting an Assistant Brewer to join the Dragon Brewery production team in Cardiff. You will support the Head Brewer and colleagues to meet production plans, maintain records, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in brewery production, with HACCP/food safety training, forklift licence, and brewing qualifications, and a plan to pursue further IBD credentials.
