Pact Coffee is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to elevate standards, systems and processes across our Roastery. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work with Roasting, Procurement & Inventory, and Production to ensure safety, efficiency and top quality in every batch from roast to doorstep.
You will drive compliance, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and champion improvements in reliability, efficiency and quality.
