Castle Dairies Ltd in Caerphilly is seeking an experienced Shift Engineer to operate on permanent night shifts as part of a 7-day fortnight pattern. The role is based at our Caerphilly site and requires hands-on maintenance of high-speed dairy production equipment.
You will diagnose faults, perform routine maintenance, and work with production teams to minimise downtime while upholding safety, quality and hygiene standards in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
