The Role:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and grow Found’s social media presence, while also supporting the founder’s personal social channels. Found will be the primary focus of this role, with the founder’s channels acting as an extension of the brand and a key driver of trust, education and community.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys founder‑led content, has a genuine interest in women’s health, and is excited by building community both online and in real life. Travel is an important part of the role, with quarterly trips expected to support content creation, events and retreats.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy and Management- Own and deliver the social media strategy for Found across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Threads, You Tube and Facebook
- Support content planning and posting for the founder’s personal social channels in alignment with Found’s brand and mission
- Develop and manage content calendars covering both Found and founder‑led content
- Plan, schedule and publish content using native tools or scheduling platforms
- Work closely with the founder to shape tone of voice, messaging and visual identity across both Found and personal channels
- Implement platform best practices to optimise reach, engagement and growth
- Stay informed on platform updates, trends and algorithm changes
- Concept, film and edit short‑form and static content for organic and paid social
- Capture founder‑led content for both Found and the founder’s personal platforms including education, behind the scenes, launches and campaigns
- Create ad content in line with campaign briefs and performance goals
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external brand partners to deliver campaign content, manage feedback and implement edits
- Travel with the founder on quarterly trips to capture content
- Produce high‑quality photo and video assets optimised for social and paid formats
- Build and maintain pénstructured digital content library
- Manage and nurture Found’s online community across comments, messages and engagement
- Support community engagement on the founder’s personal channels where relevant
- Help plan and promote in‑person events, workshops and community activations
- Support creative planning and delivery of Found member events to grow community offline as well as online
- Support the delivery and promotion of international retreats and transformational experiences from 2026
- Track performance across Found and founder channels against KPIs including growth, reach, engagement and conversions
- Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Analyse competitors, trends and benchmarks to inform strategy
- Use data and insight to continuously optimise content and community growth
- Support affiliate‑driven content including Amazon Storefront and L functioneren where relevant across Found and founder platforms
About You:
- 1 to 2+ years experience in social media management for a brand, agency or creator‑led business
- A genuine interest in women’s health, wellness or female‑focused brands
- Experience creating founder‑led content alongside brand and business contentöra
- Experience creating content for paid social and working to briefs
- Proven experience growing audiences across multiple platforms
- Strong understanding of social analytics and performance metrics
- Confident content creator with experience filming and editing content using tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
