, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive client acquisition, and support business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative yet strategic marketer to join a collaborative agency environment.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies across digital channels, with a strong focus on social media, content, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate has agency experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of social‑first marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across social, digital, email, and paid channels
- Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all platforms
- Collaborate with internal creative, social, and client teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Lead content planning, campaign calendars, and go‑to‑market initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Manage budgets, timelines, and external partners or vendors
- Support new business efforts through marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a social, creative, or digital agency
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and digital marketing tools
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights tools)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in a fast‑paced agency environment
- Familiarity with paid social and influencer marketing
