Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies across digital channels, with a strong focus on social media, content, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate has agency experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of social‑first marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across social, digital, email, and paid channels
  • Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Collaborate with internal creative, social, and client teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Lead content planning, campaign calendars, and go‑to‑market initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and external partners or vendors
  • Support new business efforts through marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a social, creative, or digital agency
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights tools)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a fast‑paced agency environment
  • Familiarity with paid social and influencer marketing
  • Leadership or team management experience
