As they enter an exciting new phase of growth, they are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Head of PR & Media to lead their PR offering, elevate their media presence, and drive strategic growth for both clients and the agency.

This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for shaping and scaling their PR and media division. You'll lead strategy, nurture media relationships, inspire a high-performing team, and play a key role in agency leadership and business development.

• Develop and lead the agency's PR and media strategy
• Oversee the creation and delivery of integrated PR campaigns
• Build and maintain strong national and regional media relationships
• Provide senior counsel to clients and act as a strategic advisor
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and grow the PR & Media team
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Enhance the agency's reputation and thought leadership presence

• 8+ years' experience in PR, ideally within an agency environment
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role
• Strong national and trade media contacts
• Demonstrable success in delivering measurable PR campaigns
• Experience in new business pitching and client growth
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Experience across B2B and B2C sectors
• Crisis communications expertise
• Digital PR and influencer marketing experience
• Commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
