We are a growing marketing agency specialising in lead generation through Meta advertising.

Our team works across two brands:

Fit Pro Lead Gen helps gyms, personal trainers and fitness businesses across the UK and globally generate more leads, consultations and memberships through Meta advertising campaigns.

Francton Media & Marketing helps service-based businesses such as dentists, tradespeople, healthcare providers and local businesses generate more enquiries, appointments and customers through digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.

We're looking for a creative and commercially-minded Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to help grow our brands, generate new business opportunities and increase inbound enquiries through content, social media and digital marketing.

The Purpose of This Role

Your primary responsibility is to help generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for our businesses.

You'll achieve this through creating content, supporting Meta advertising campaigns, building our online presence and helping position our brands as leaders within our industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Marketing

• Create content designed to generate inbound leads and enquiries
• Develop marketing campaigns that attract potential clients
• Create and manage content for Meta advertising campaigns
• Write ad copy and assist with creative development
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Identify new opportunities to generate leads through organic and paid marketing
• Help build marketing funnels and nurture prospects

Content Creation & Video Editing

• Create and edit short-form video content
• Produce content for Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube
• Film and edit client success stories, case studies and testimonials
• Repurpose content from meetings, webinars and podcasts
• Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva
• Organise and maintain content libraries

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our social media channels
• Plan and schedule content
• Create engaging Reels, Stories and Shorts
• Monitor trends and identify content opportunities
• Respond to comments, messages and engagement opportunities

Email Marketing

• Create and schedule email campaigns
• Write newsletters and promotional emails
• Support lead nurturing campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics

Events & Brand Growth

• Support webinars, workshops and networking events
• Assist with event promotion campaigns
• Help showcase client success stories and case studies
• Support overall brand growth initiatives

The Ideal Candidate:

• Understands lead generation and digital marketing
• Has knowledge of Meta Ads and how they generate leads
• Strong video editing skills
• Comfortable using Canva
• Excellent written communication skills
• Organised and proactive
• Commercially minded and focused on results
• Confident managing multiple projects
• Understands content marketing and customer journeys
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Marketing experience is preferred
