We Buy Vintage is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid digital acquisition in Cambridge. You will drive strategy across Google, Meta, and emerging channels, coordinating with external partners and internal teams to optimise CAC, ROAS and conversions.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a small team, manage budgets, and shape creative direction with our in-house designer.
