Our client is a rapidly expanding e-commerce organisation operating across several consumer-focused brands, with growth driven by high-performing social advertising. You’ll join an ambitious marketing function where creative testing is central to growth, giving you the opportunity to influence how brands connect with audiences through short-form video. The UGC & Influencer Marketing Specialist will own the creator journey from initial research and outreach through to briefing, delivery, optimisation and creative library management, ensuring a reliable pipeline of fresh content for paid social campaigns.
Role HighlightsThe UGC & Influencer Marketing Specialist will:
- Research and recruit relevant UGC creators and influencers across key social platforms.
- Build lasting creator partnerships, managing negotiations, pricing and usage rights.
- Develop briefs, scripts, concepts, hooks and storylines designed to drive engagement and sales.
- Coordinate projects from initial outreach through to content delivery, feedback and approvals.
- Monitor emerging trends and organise a strong library of creative assets ready for testing.
- Previous experience working with UGC creators, influencers or similar content partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Facebook and short-form video.
- A creative eye for identifying compelling creators, concepts and content.
- Exceptional organisation, written English and attention to detail.
