As Senior Social Media Content Producer, you will play a leading role in the planning, creation and delivery of content across our global social media channels. This position is based at our headquarters in Brackley, with an onsite presence required three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a senior hands-on role in the planning, creation and delivery of high-quality content across all social channels, helping to guide the work of the social media team without formal line-management responsibility.

  • Coordinate internal content production and external agency partners from briefing through to final delivery and publishing.
  • Build effective agency and platform relationships, supporting clear responsibilities, efficient workflows, constructive feedback and consistently high-quality output.

  • Ensure social media supports wider digital objectives across the team’s website, CRM, e-commerce and other owned platforms.
  • Support the Digital Operations Manager and relevant agency partners in the development and delivery of the paid social media strategy.
  • Help shape and deliver the team’s community management approach across social media platforms.
  • Maintain consistency with the team’s objectives, values, brand standards and wider storytelling ambitions.
  • Identify emerging platforms, audience behaviours, technologies and creative opportunities that can strengthen the team’s output.
  • Share social media expertise and best practices across the wider organisation.
