Marketing & Communications Executive

Cardo Group is a social housing property maintenance company. Our multi-company group specializes in maintenance, compliance, and retrofit services with a growing national footprint. With ambitious plans for further national expansion, we are committed to making a lasting impact in the industry. We are currently looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join our Marketing team.

• Copywrite, edit and proof-reading content for multiple channels; including website, social media, press releases, external newsletters, flyers, and offline materials.
• Take ownership of our social media accounts; including creating content (posts, blogs, videos, and graphics), promoting activity, and responding to comments and messages
• Creation of case studies.
• Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to enhance organic visibility and generate website traffic.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns/projects and provide an end of project summary
• Collaborate closely with in-house or external creative and press contacts to arrange press releases and design marketing materials such as brochures, adverts, and other marketing assets.
• Support the Marketing team in completing multiple activities and tasks as needed.

• Proven work experience in marketing with a solid understanding of marketing concepts and principles
• Strong copywriting skills (a minimum of 2 years’ experience)
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of organisation
• The ability to take ownership and accountability for projects from start to finish
• Sound decision‑making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise
• An eye for design and creative flair.

• Show passion and initiative in all projects and be happy working both independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organised and have the capability to manage various tasks simultaneously whilst prioritising workload effectively to meet expectations.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment

Please note this role will require site visits, so you will need to be able to travel to different sites if needed, particularly Slough.
