• Fluent English (C1/C2)
• Strong ownership and independent problem-solving
• Fully comfortable with adult-oriented content and uncensored AI models
• Strong attribution, experimentation and revenue understanding
• First-purchase conversion + repeat monetization experience
• Experience with recurring purchases, subscriptions, deposits, tokens, credits or virtual currency
• Hands-on B2C CRM/lifecycle experience at scale
