The job itselfThe Senior Affiliate Manager will own and grow our client's affiliate programme, combining relationship management and partner recruitment with hands-on analysis of traffic, conversions, ROI and profitability. The role is highly performance-focused, requiring someone who understands affiliate tracking, funnels and acquisition economics and can identify opportunities to scale profitable traffic. In short:

Day to day that means the Senior Affiliate, manager will own and grow our client's affiliate programme, combining relationship management and partner recruitment with hands-on analysis of traffic, conversions, ROI and profitability. The role is highly performance-focused, requiring someone who understands affiliate tracking, funnels and acquisition economics and can identify opportunities to scale profitable traffic. In short:

- Explicit comfort working with uncensored/NSFW products and content
- Experience with affiliate tracking/reporting
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong understanding of traffic, conversion, ROI, funnels and affiliate profitability
- Proven experience growing and recruiting affiliate partnerships
- Strong affiliate network and platform knowledge
- 5+ years of affiliate marketing/affiliate management experience
