Reporting into senior leadership, this position serves as a strategic link between commercial priorities, business development, and marketing execution across corporate, commercial, and international practice areas.

• Go-to-Market Strategy & Leadership: Direct a high-performing team in formulating and executing commercial marketing plans focused on client retention, account expansion, cross-sell initiatives, and intermediary network development.

• Commercial Alignment & Strategy: Serve as the strategic bridge connecting core business priorities, business development goals, and specialist marketing delivery, translating commercial objectives into data-led go-to-market execution.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders or practice leaders to shape commercial priorities, refine strategic plans, and provide constructive challenge.

• Integrated Execution: Oversee integrated marketing programmes across matrix structures, leveraging digital channels, CRM platforms, brand positioning, and performance metrics to demonstrate commercial return.
