We now have an exciting opportunity within our Housing Services team for a Senior Administrator. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the implementation of all administrative systems, ensuring that all services are provided professionally and efficiently to help our clients.

• Workplace counsellor – Provides various support to Shelter Cymru Staff including induction training, information on the Intranet, maintaining good mental health, bi-monthly peer support and reflective practice groups, and 121 counselling sessions for frontline workers.
• Employee Assistance Programme to help staff deal with personal problems that might impact on work performance, health and wellbeing. Includes online resources, counselling, legal & financial support and referral services.
• Financial – Shelter Cymru operates a contributory pension scheme (employer contribution 4% and employee contribution 5%) and a non-contributory group life assurance scheme (up to two times annual salary).
