The Communities and Network Engagement Lead will play a central role in growing and further activating the Time Credits network across South and East Wales by building fruitful partnerships with community organisations, volunteers and public services.
This position will see you:
Build and sustain productive relationships with community organisations, public services, and volunteers to grow and strengthen the Time Credits network across Southeast Wales.
Proactively identify and engage new organisations to join the Tempo network, enabling them to create high-quality volunteering opportunities and meaningful ways for people to contribute and benefit through Time Credits.
Deliver engaging training, workshops, and presentations (in person and online), providing practical guidance and support to partners and volunteers.
Organise and promote local events, networking meetings, and engagement activities to increase participation and deepen connections across the network.
Use our CRM systems and digital platforms to record engagement, monitor activity, track KPIs and contribute to reporting, evaluation, and case study development.
Represent Tempo at local meetings, events, and conferences, promoting the programme and identifying collaboration and asset-mapping opportunities.
We are looking for volunteer professionals with:
Experience building and managing stakeholder relationships across the voluntary, community and/or public sectors.
Background delivering training, workshops, or presentations to varied audiences.
Experience planning and managing multiple projects or accounts, meeting targets, and reporting against KPIs.
Experience supporting service or product development, partnership growth, or contract delivery.
Solid digital capability, including confident use of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, online meeting tools, and marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, email marketing systems).
This is a truly exciting opportunity that will support communities to unlock the benefits of volunteering through Time Credits, thus helping individuals build confidence, skills and stronger local connections while also growing a thriving network that connects community organisations, volunteers, and local services across South and East Wales.
