Legacy & Relationship Fundraiser
Location: Jersey (Hybrid) – candidates must be based in Jersey to be considered for this role
Salary: £30,539 to £31,772 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 17.5 per week
Contract: Permanent

In this role, you will bring energy and empathy to every interaction, building trusted relationships with supporters, volunteers and communities. You will uncover new opportunities, inspire creative fundraising ideas and play a key part in growing income that supports vital work.
You will also be at the heart of meaningful legacy conversations, ensuring every supporter feels valued and understood. It is a role where curiosity, collaboration and compassion come together to create powerful, lasting change.
- Build warm, lasting relationships with supporters, volunteers and local partners.
- Spot and act on new fundraising opportunities across communities and networks.
- Support individuals and groups to plan and deliver their own fundraising activities.
- Help deliver inspiring legacy events and provide thoughtful supporter stewardship.
- Support and grow a network of local volunteers, providing guidance and encouragement, while ensuring all community fundraising income is accurately recorded and acknowledged.
- Work closely with colleagues to strengthen supporter journeys and maximise impact.
- Track income, manage activity plans and keep records up to date.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging people both face to face and over the phone.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
- Experience of delivering successful fundraising activities and meeting targets.
- Ability to work with and support volunteers, groups or committees effectively.
- Skilled in planning, monitoring and reporting on events, targets and performance.
- Willingness to travel, work flexibly when needed (including evenings or weekends), and work remotely with teams across different locations.
