The National Education Union is seeking a national Equality Organiser to strategically manage equality organising strands, empower members and reps, and maximise engagement within under-represented groups. The role is nationally mobile with potential regional base and regular travel to Hamilton House.
You will work with national and regional staff to devise strategies and programmes of work and champion high standards in equality organising to support the union's strategic aims.
