Be the First Step to Safety
Victim Support is looking for empathetic volunteers to join our New Era team in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
As a Triage Volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for people seeking support.

Organisation: Victim Support Area of interest: Supporting Adults Number of Volunteers required: 10 Description:

What You'll Do

Provide calm, professional support during initial contact with service users
Gather essential information and assess immediate needs
Identify safeguarding concerns and elevate them appropriately
Signpost and refer individuals to the right services
Maintain accurate records and confidentiality at all times

Location

Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent

Commitment

Minimum 4 hours per week
Ideally a commitment of 12 months

Safeguarding
Triage skills
Specialist workshops
