Sandy Bear Children's Bereavement Charity is looking for a compassionate and motivated Bereavement Coordinator to join our team, supporting bereaved children, young people and their families across Swansea and the wider South Wales area.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time and part-time applications welcomed)
Base: Swansea, with regular travel across Swansea and other locations throughout South Wales/Wales for meetings, outreach and events.
As a Bereavement Coordinator, you'll provide one-to-one and group bereavement support, manage a varied caseload, build strong partnerships with schools and community organisations, and help ensure that no child has to face bereavement alone.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference while working as part of a supportive, values-driven team dedicated to improving the lives of bereaved children and young people.
If you're an empathetic professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to supporting children and families, we'd love to hear from you.
