From impactful national communications and volunteer storytelling to improving onboarding and retention, this is a role for someone who knows how to create experiences that people genuinely want to be part of.
You’ll understand how the right message, delivered at the right time, can turn a volunteer into a long-term advocate, and you’ll constantly be looking for smarter, more engaging ways to connect with people at scale.

Whether it’s refining recruitment campaigns, simplifying processes, improving communications or introducing new ideas to boost engagement, you’ll have the freedom to challenge the status quo and make a visible impact.
Strong copywriting skills, confidence using CRM and digital marketing tools, and the ability to turn data into action will all be key to success in this role.
