We are recruiting for a Registered Vet Nurse to cover a period of maternity leave at a first opinion small animal veterinary hospital in the city of Cardiff area in South Wales.
Role- Head Veterinary Nurse
- full time 15-month fixed term contract start ASAP
- hospital based role.
- practice is an established and successful purpose-built hospital and is fully equipped and has excellent facilities
- ideally you will be an experienced, confident and proactive RVN with leadership skills
- role requires you to play a key role in leading and developing our nursing team
- you will work alongside another head nurse and two deputy nurses.
- there are no commercial targets
- fantastic location well placed to explore the nearby cities of Cardiff and also Swansea, with easy access to M4 motorway, nearby blue flag beaches and year round surfing.
- Qualified Vet Nurse
- Registered with RCVS
- experienced RVN with leadership skills.
- Salary to £35,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
- CPD Allowance, paid holidays, paid RCVS and VDS fees, workplace pension scheme, Life Assurance, healthcare scheme, staff discounts, company sick pay, cycle to work scheme etc
