Community Chemotherapy Nurse | Meaningful Patient Relationships | Specialist Clinical Support | Ongoing Professional Development Using your oncology expertise in the community offers a unique opportunity to build stronger patient relationships while delivering truly personalised care. This Community Chemotherapy Nurse role gives you the autonomy to provide life-changing treatment in patients' homes, supported by an experienced clinical team that prioritises both patient outcomes and professional development.

Whether you're currently working as a Chemotherapy Nurse or Oncology Nurse , you'll have the time and support to make a meaningful difference every day. As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse , you'll manage a small caseload, delivering specialist treatments in a one-to-one setting where you can focus on quality care rather than competing clinical demands. You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy while benefiting from structured development, clinical support, and clear opportunities to further enhance your oncology expertise.

Package & Benefits Salary up to £44,500 per annum, depending on experience. Additional £4,877.50 p/a car allowance or fully expensed company car. Monday to Friday working pattern, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Private healthcare cover. Funded training, ongoing development, and financial support for further qualifications. Key Responsibilities Deliver chemotherapy treatment safely and effectively within patients' homes. Undertake comprehensive patient assessments and monitor treatment responses throughout the care journey. Provide education, reassurance, and personalised clinical support to patients and their carers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and report adverse events in line with clinical protocols. About You Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. Must be a SACT Passport holder.

Prior experience in a chemotherapy / oncology setting.
