Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead – Large Home Near Llandaff, Cardiff
Our long‑standing client is looking for a Senior nurse / clinical lead with experience leading a team of nurse and care staff for a large home near Llandaff in Cardiff.
As a nurse (RGN/RMN) you will be in charge of the following clinical areas:
- Wound care
- Venepuncture
- Medication management
The home runs residential, nursing and dementia with 90 beds across 4 floors. This role offers supernumerary hours only, however you will be required to work some floor shifts when needed, manage care plans, and manage staff to drive forward a strong clinical presence in the home.
