Shaw Healthcare at Danybryn in Radyr is seeking a Residential Team Leader for a bank (as/when needed) position. Salary is £14.98 per hour, with Day and Night shifts: 07:00–19:30 and 19:00–07:30.
You will lead a care team delivering person‑centred care to older people with physical frailty and dementia. The role entails supervising shifts, supervising medication administration, and ensuring up‑to‑date care plans and documentation, while communicating with residents, families and staff.
