Deputy Care Home Manager – Cardiff City Centre
Medium care home Suppleo Healthcare is looking for a senior nurse or clinical lead with an active NMC PIN to assist in running a nursing home that offers support to people with dementia.
Role OverviewMonday to Friday, with occasional floor coverage and stepping in for management as needed. Key responsibilities include care plan management, clinical auditing, assessments, and staff recruitment.
Responsibilities- Assist in the overall management of the nursing home.
- Guide newly qualified nurses and care staff.
- Cover the floor and step in for management when required.
- Manage care plans and conduct clinical audits.
- Support assessments and staff recruitment.
- Senior nurse or clinical lead experience.
- Actively registered with the NMC and possessing a current PIN.
- Experience in running a nursing home.
£50,000+ plus benefits.
