Government of Jersey is seeking a Lead Nurse for Safer Staffing to provide strategic leadership for nursing and midwifery workforce planning across Health & Care Jersey. The role ensures staffing decisions are evidence-based, aligned to patient need and support safe, high-quality care.
You will lead the safer staffing agenda, act as the professional lead for workforce assurance, and work with clinical, operational, finance and quality leaders to shape staffing models and delivery across Jersey.
