The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse for Ward 1, a 24-bedded inpatient unit handling elective and emergency spinal care. You will lead the ward, ensure safe staffing, infection control, and governance, while supporting multidisciplinary teams.
As a senior nurse, you will supervise clinical care, develop junior staff, and help drive continuous improvement in patient experience and outcomes within a teaching hospital setting.
