• Provide supervision, support, and guidance to care staff, ensuring they are delivering care to a high standard, accordance with care plans, policies, and industry standards.
• Organize and deliver training sessions and ongoing professional development for care staff.
• Conduct regular spot checks and reviews of care staff performance during client visits.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients' care needs to develop personalized care plans.
• Facilitate training sessions for care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
• Act as a point of contact for staff/clients to address concerns, answer questions, and provide information.
• Conduct supervision, instruction and support of Care Assistants

• Conduct Regularly review and update care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and addressed.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, care plans
• Generate reports on service delivery, staff performance, and client satisfaction as required.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or critical incidents
• carry out duties and responsibilities of the post at all times in compliance with Organisation policies – especially Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems

• Identify training needs and collaborate with the Domiciliary Care Manager to implement ongoing professional development.
• Support care staff with relevant qualification/training
• Contribute to the training and development of care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care. Facilitate in-service training sessions as needed.

• Assist in the development of care staff rosters, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with the Domiciliary Care Coordinator to address any scheduling challenges or adjustments.
• Conduct initial assessments and regular reviews of clients' care needs.
• manage the delivery of care services to clients, ensuring that care plans are followed and updated as necessary.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure care staff are informed of any changes to care plans or client needs.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication within the care team

• Maintain accurate records of care delivery, assessments, and reviews.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
• Ensure all care staff have up-to-date training and are compliant with company policies.
• Keep spreadsheets updated for supervisions/client reviews and spot checks.

• Identify and report any safeguarding concerns in line with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all care staff are aware of and follow safeguarding protocols.

• Take part in the out of hours Rota for emergency calls and requirements
• Participate in the out of hours duties as per rota provided.
• Maintain out of hours records.
• Adhere to monitoring within out of hours duties
