Registered Nurse; Bank

You will a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current valid NMC pin. The ideal person will have the knowledge of National Standards and NMC Code of Practice with experience in person centred care planning within a care home. You will ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used. As a Registered Nurse, you will act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice.

We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team and can effectively supervise, lead, and develop the care team. The role will suit someone who is caring, friendly, empathetic and has a good understanding of the needs of our residents. It is essential you have strong attention to detail and have good communication and time management skills.
