Full-Time Small Animal Vet – Cardiff
Salary: £36,000–£66,000 (DOE)

• Supportive and approachable team who encourage clinical discussions and case reviews.
• 15-minute appointments and dedicated admin time to help you stay on top of cases and lab work.
• Dedicated ops days so you can follow through with your own cases.
• Loyal, long-standing client base – perfect for building strong, lasting relationships.
• Excellent support for recent graduates, with multiple certificate holders within the team.
• Varied caseload, ideal for anyone considering or working towards a certificate.
• 4-day week, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, no out-of-hours.

They are a busy two-branch practice in Cardiff, just 3 miles apart, each equipped with full surgical and diagnostic facilities.

The talented and friendly team includes:

• 8 FTE vets (including 2 VetGDP mentors)
• 12 RVNs, 1 SVN and 4 ANAs
• A fantastic, welcoming reception team

• £1,750 CPD allowance + 5 days CPD leave per year
