About the Role:
We are a well-established swimming pool and landscaping company in Jersey, looking for an experienced foreman to manage projects, lead a small team, and work independently on residential swimming pool and landscaping jobs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee swimming pool and landscaping projects
- Supervise and guide team members on site
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules
- Maintain high health, safety, and quality standards
- Perform hands‑on work as required
- Experience in swimming pool construction/landscaping
- Self‑motivated and reliable
- Physically fit and comfortable outdoors
- Full driving licence essential
