CVS Vets is seeking a Veterinary Head Receptionist to lead our reception team across multiple sites. Based at our Battle Flatts Veterinary Centre network, this permanent role offers a 38.92 hour week and a Monday–Friday pattern with a weekend rota.
You will manage the reception team, create the rota, assist with recruitment, handle calls, schedule appointments, greet clients and ensure a welcoming experience while upholding high standards of care.
