Project Co-Ordinator

Project Co‑ordinator – South Wales – £30,000

• Coordinate pre‑contract supplier qualification responses for project‑based sales.
• Manage and respond to project tender enquiries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project‑based, on‑site clients.
• Manage customer accounts to ensure credit limits are sufficient for project values.
• Raise project orders with agreed delivery dates that meet both customer and business requirements.
• Maintain project‑related information to required internal standards.
• Manage project quotations and drawings for approval through internal departments, while setting and managing client expectations.
• Manage project cost variations and track all changes to project orders.

• Proven Project Coordination experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage high workloads, work to short deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
• Good working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Knowledge of production planning, supply chain, or logistics processes.

• Starting salary of £30,000.
