Quality Advisor - Construction

We're recruiting for a Quality Advisor to join a leading construction business on a major, high‑profile project in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering quality excellence on a large‑scale scheme, while benefiting from long‑term career progression within a growing organisation. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring quality standards are embedded across site operations.

• Support the implementation and management of the Project Quality Plan
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks
• Work closely with site teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procedures
• Review and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Monitor and report on quality performance and non‑conformances
• Drive continuous improvement across site processes
• Provide guidance and support to operational teams on quality matters
• Ensure accurate use of digital QA systems and reporting tools

We're open to candidates from the following backgrounds:

• Existing Quality Advisor / Quality Engineer
• Site Manager / Supervisor with strong quality experience

You will also have:

• Experience working on construction or major project environments
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and site compliance
• Hands‑on experience using digital QA platforms such as Field View, Dalux, or similar
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, detail‑oriented approach to problem‑solving
