NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a Quality Officer for the QA Technology Assurance (QATA) team within the Quality Directorate. You will provide independent advice on quality systems and help monitor performance, with a focus on capacity and demand management via Service Now and risk-based triage.
The role reports to the National Quality Manager Technology Assurance and supports training delivery, quality system administration, and continual improvement across the organisation.
