Key Responsibilities

• Undertake asbestos sampling in accordance with HSG
  264 guidance and internal quality procedures.
• Conduct building inspections to complete asbestos management surveys and refurbishment/demolition surveys.
• Produce accurate site drawings and carry out technical quality assurance checks on collected data.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of asbestos legislation, industry guidance, and quality management requirements.
• Complete monthly quality control checks within required timescales.
• Maintain accurate exposure records and undertake regular respiratory protective equipment (RPE) inspections.
• Ensure all surveying equipment is correctly calibrated and maintained in accordance with HSG
  264 requirements.
• Record survey information accurately using electronic data capture systems.
